How long does this process take and when will I get paid?
Once we have agreed on a price, the entire process will take around 15 mins. Payment is made by Bank Transfer and will be in your account immediately.
How do I get an appointment?
We will contact you immediately after your enquiry has been submitted. We will come to your house at a date/time that is suitable to you, alternatively we can arrange an appointment at our Sales Office in Ayr.
I have outstanding finance against my vehicle, can you still buy it?
Yes, we deal with all the major Finance Houses. All that we require is an up-to-date settlement letter, we will settle the finance immediately with any residual balance being paid to you.
Do you provide an online valuation?
No, we do not, simply because we understand that every used vehicle is different and cannot be valued using an automated process. After inspection we will provide you with a bespoke price, this will be valid for 7 days.
How much are your fees?
We have no additional fees or charges, the price that we agree is what you will be paid.
How do I inform the DVLA that I am no longer the registered keeper?
We will manage all the necessary paperwork with the DVLA on your behalf, this will all be completed prior to the vehicle being driven away.
